Refunds and Returns

We will make every endeavor for you to be a satisfied customer. Should you have an issue with the product offered, please contact me  directly so that we may attempt to resolve the problem as fast as possible

When ordering a Tee or Hoodie take a moment to check the size charts on the products. Generally, the Gildan 5000 T's fit quite well and the Hoodies tend to run slightly smaller (you can research this online)

 I can not accept a return simply because it is the wrong size, I will however often provide a discount to the customer when he or she reorders another shirt.

Please also make sure when you order you have selected the proper gender, if the product has this option! This is the most common mistake. 

Please do not add a note on a order requesting to change the sizes, color or gender (style tee) or add and additional print. Your order (the shirt / design, color, and size) creates a specific SKU number. Just send me an email and I will create the same shirt in whatever gender, color, size and design you want.

My print on demand provider has a great track record, with thousands of shirts sold a very small percentage may have had problems.  When this occurs please notify me via email, with  quality photos of the shirt and the fault. Using a ruler to show  an alignment problem is great. Generally we can quickly can produce a new shirt for you at no charge.  It takes a little time but we always  end up with a satisfied customer.

Shirts and hoodies are one off individually printed. The position of the image on the shirt is more accurately reflected in the variants of the shirts shown and maybe slightly different than the mock up of the person wearing the shirt shown. 

We offer good quality shirts. The best method to care for the image on the shirt is to wash them on a "gentle setting" inside out and in cold water.

Decals, obviously can not be returned. Care and attention should be given to installing same and it is highly recommended to watch a video or two from Youtube, in regards to proper application. We often send our customers an additional decal to practice proper application

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
